Vassili Neplokh

I am a music producer and film music composer. Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, I moved to Sweden at the age of eleven and started playing guitar a year later. During my teen years I started writing my own music and lyrics, mastered several other instruments and got into the world of music production. 

I have a Bachelor degree in Sound & Music Production and a one year Master degree in Audiovisual Studies from Dalarna University in Falun, Sweden. 

I am versatile with my style of film music and I work fast. My biggest inspirations are composers Ludwig Göransson, Cliff Martinez and Tyler Bates. Besides film music, I also create some heavy progressive nü-metal as Dollhide.

On a personal note, I love sun, cats and the color orange. I have a thing for Barbaresco wines and an unhealthy fascination with Christopher Nolan's film 'Tenet'.

I live and work in Malmö, Sweden.
